二次創作について

営利目的ではない個人活動の範囲内であれば問題ありませんが、自己責任でお願いいたします。

色星オリジナル作品の二次創作物で可能な事。

(1)イラスト、楽曲アレンジ、マンガ、小説などの作成、展示、配布
(2)非営利目的の同人活動、グッズ、フィギュアなど、立体物の作成、配布

二次創作物で注意が必要な物。

・年齢制限がつくもの、不特定多数に見せられない性癖ものは、必ずポイピク等の投稿ツールを使用し、
センシティブ内容有りにしてください。
・他創作、OC同士のコラボについては、なるべく他作品を貶すような投稿をしないようにお願いいたします。
・キャラクターの色変え（特に肌の色変え）をする場合、必ず「部分の変更有り」と注意書きを行ってください。
（色星自体は気にしないのですが、他国の方に影響があると思いますので）
・ネタバレについても、必ず一枚目にワンクッションを置いて投稿する様、お願いいたします。
・一次創作作品は国内外問わずまとめwikiには載せないでください。（特に海外東方wikiに）

東方二次創作の三次創作物で注意が必要な物。

・年齢制限がつくもの、不特定多数に見せられない性癖ものは、必ずポイピク等の投稿ツールを使用し、

センシティブ内容有りにしてください。
・東方OC同士のコラボについては、なるべく他作品を貶すような投稿をしないようにお願いいたします。
・キャラクターの色変え（特に肌の色変え）をする場合、必ず「部分の変更有り」と注意書きを行ってください。
（色星自体は気にしないのですが、他国の方に影響があると思いますので）
・東方OCをZUN氏の絵柄で描く事は東方二次創作ガイドラインに触発するため、原則許可していません。
・ネタバレについても、必ず一枚目にワンクッションを置いて投稿する様、お願いいたします。

共通の注意が必要な物

・色星の一次創作、東方二次創作作品から影響を受けて制作する事を禁止してはいませんが、
必ず「色星の作品（東方三次なら色星の東方○○○）を元に作ったもの」と明記してください。
・影響を受けて制作したことによるユーザー同士のトラブルに巻き込まれた場合、当方は一切関与いたしません。
（正直、影響を受けて制作するのはいいんだけど、あまり強く影響を受けすぎると、大変なことになります。）

ゲーム実況・配信・プレイ動画について

ゲーム実況、配信、プレイ動画につきましては現在全ての作品において禁止しています。
無断で配信を行った場合のトラブルにつきましては、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

翻訳について

必ず事前にご連絡をお願いいたします。勝手に翻訳したものについては、こちらから削除依頼を行うものとします。

禁止事項

以下に該当するものは禁止いたします。

・他人を不快にさせたり嫌な気持ちにさせるもの、他人を攻撃したり差別的な内容のもの
・他者の権利を侵害したり、侵害のおそれがあるもの
・当サークル作品のガイドラインを無視して創作活動を実行すること
・政治、特定の宗教・思想を主張する目的での利用
・作品のイメージを損なうもの
・色星が制作した一次創作作品を自分が考えた等の虚偽の制作物であるかのように詐称すること
・色星が個人で描いている東方OCを東方原作ゲーム作品であると誤認されるような画像を作成すること
（ゲームになっていない東方二次創作作品全てにおいて禁止しています）
・色星が過去に制作した東方二次創作作品を有志の手でリメイク及びゲームとして制作する事
（画像、テキスト、音楽等の纏めも全て禁止）
・楽曲作品と自作ゲームで使用されている素材データを使用すること
・色星のイラストをAIに学習させること
・各国の法令や公序良俗に反するもの
・その他、作者が不適切と判断したもの

Guidelines for Irodorian's Works

Derivative Works:

Derivative works made as non-profit personal activity are generally OK.
Please exercise personal discretion when engaging in such works.

Permitted kinds of derivative works:

1. Creation/display/distribution of illustrations, music arranges, manga, novels, and so on.
2. Creation/distribution of physical doujin media (memorabilia, figurines, etc.) for non-profit purposes.

Things to watch out for with derivative works:

-Content that requires an age restriction, niche adult material not suitable for general audiences,
etc. must be posted via a hosting tool such as Poipiku, and be marked as sensitive content therein.
-Crossovers with other creators' works or OCs should take care not to disparage the works of said creators.
-When changing characters' color schemes (particularly skin color), please include a note saying "*design alteration".
(Iroboshi doesn't mind changes like this,
but would like to avoid any potential conflict with users in various different countries.)
-When posting spoilers for a given work, please add a spoiler-warning page to the top of the album
/ give your video a spoiler-warning thumbnail / etc.
-Please don't post Iroboshi's original-IP works on any "franchise compilation" wikis (esp. overseas Touhou wikis).

Things to watch out for with tertiary derivative works of Iroboshi's Touhou fanworks:

-Content that requires an age restriction, niche adult material not suitable for general audiences,
etc. must be posted via a hosting tool such as Poipiku, and be marked as sensitive content therein.
-Crossovers with other creators' Touhou OCs should take care not to disparage the works of said creators.
-When changing characters' color schemes (particularly skin color), please include a note saying "*design alteration".

(Iroboshi doesn't mind changes like this, but would like to avoid any potential conflict with users in various different countries.)
-In principle, drawing Touhou OCs in ZUN-style is inspired by the Touhou fanworks guidelines, so it is not allowed.
-When posting spoilers for a given work, please add a spoiler-warning page to the top of the album
/ give your video a spoiler-warning thumbnail / etc.

Things to watch out for w/ both of the above:

-It's okay to take open inspiration from Iroboshi's original-IP works or Touhou derivative works,
but in such cases, please make sure to write "based on the work of Iroboshi"
(or "based on Touhou Such-and-Such" for tertiary Touhou fanworks) somewhere clearly visible.
-Should any trouble arise between internet users as a result of any fanworks inspired in this way,
Iroboshi and co. cannot assume any responsibility or become involved in said trouble.
(Like, feel free to take inspiration; just don't go really overboard with it, and there'll be no issues.)

Regarding Let's Plays, livestreams and gameplay videos:

Let's Plays, livestreams and gameplay videos are currently prohibited across the board for all of Iroboshi's works.
Iroboshi and co. cannot assume responsibility for any trouble that may arise regarding unpermitted livestreams.

Regarding translations:

Please contact Iroboshi to ask permission before doing any translation projects.
Unauthorized/unvetted translations will receive requests for deletion from Iroboshi.

Prohibited content:

Derivative works with any of the following content are prohibited.

-Content that serves to upset others, personal attacks, discrimination, etc.
-Content that infringes or could easily infringe upon others' legal rights.
-Creative work that infringes on any of this circle's above-mentioned guidelines.
-Content used to promote specific political stances, religions, ideologies, etc.
-Content that defames the work that it's based on.
-Content that falsely claims to be an official work.
-Content that falsely claims any of Iroboshi's original-IP work to be one's own invention.
-Depicting Iroboshi's Touhou OCs in "game-style" mockup images that could be mistaken for actual game screenshots.
(This applies to *all* Touhou fanworks that do not have playable game adaptations.)
-Deliberate remakes, adaptations or compilations of Iroboshi's previous Touhou derivative works
(including images, text, music, etc).
-Taking music from any type of work, or internal assets ripped from an official game, for use in one's own work.
-Using Iroboshi's art as AI training material.
-Content that violates any given country's law or public order.
*In addition to the above list, the author also reserves the right to prohibit content they may deem inappropriate in the future.
